YoungWiz.com stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product. Please see below for our policy regarding returns and adjustments.

Custom Stringing: No Returns, Adjustment Window

  • All sales of custom-strung heads and stringing services are final. Due to the custom nature of stringing (requiring new, unpackaged mesh and labor), we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or preference.
  • If you believe there is a workmanship issue with your custom-strung head, you may contact us at ksglax2025@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Adjustments are offered at our discretion and only for issues related to stringing quality (not preference changes).

Manufacturer Warranty

  • Any defective StringKing hardware is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. For assistance, contact us and we’ll help guide you through the process.

Statutory Rights

  • Nothing in this policy limits your rights regarding returning defective goods as required by state or federal law.

How to Request an Adjustment

  • Email us at ksglax2025@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll review your request and provide further instructions.
