Order Processing Times

  • Custom-strung heads and stringing services are built to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipping.
  • Standard StringKing products are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship all orders via USPS or UPS, with tracking information provided by email once your package departs.
  • Shipping speeds and options are shown at checkout.
  • YoungWiz.com is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or addresses provided incorrectly at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Surcharges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, product type, and selected speed.
  • For “Mail Your Own Head” orders, the cost includes both inbound (customer to Chris) and outbound (Chris to customer) shipping labels, displayed as a single fee at checkout.

International Shipping

  • At this time, YoungWiz.com only ships to addresses within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at ksglax2025@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. We will help coordinate with the carrier and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
